If a consumer submits an order on this Site to purchase product(s), the consumer agrees that all charges, taxes, and shipping and handling costs will automatically be charged to a debit or credit card or paid by the consumer with a pre-authorized method of payment.
Additional service fees, and Postal Carrier costs are non-refundable.
No Refunds, All Sales are Final
The turnaround time for Team custom orders are dependent on several factors; our current order scheduling, the number of costumes ordered, the intricacies of your design(s), and lastly when you need your costumes back.
Although we have an exceptional record of promptly and efficiently processing custom orders, turnaround times are subject to change.
The turnaround time for Dance Accessories, Dance Apparel and non Team custom orders are usually processed within 5 - 7 business days.
For extended wear, dry clean or hand wash costume(s) seperately in cold water, hang dry, do not iron or machine dry.
An additional charge is applicable for plus sized costumes 1X (14) and up
The Key Point Measurement and Sizing Chart Form for Team custom orders must be submitted on or before your order date.
Custom designs are contingent on the availability of fabric and embellishment options
A duplicate order for custom Team costume designs may be placed once, a $75.00 surcharge will be added to duplicate orders, 5 costumes or less.
The seller reserves the right to intellectual property for all purposes intended.
